May is mental health awareness month- and today I saw a thing that I have truly fallen in love with! It’s called ‘Candle Time’! Once a week- shut your phone off and light a taper candle- 🕯️ and for the duration of its burn time- do things that are enriching- read a book 📕,draw ✍️, craft 🧶listen to music 🎶 - but go analog/ go a bit ‘off grid’. Reconnect with yourself!
