Another day of lovely news. I passed module 2 of my sensory integration training! 💪💙🩵🤍📘

I'm now 2/3 of the way through my PG Cert and have one more module left to go. Exciting to see where I will take this new area of my practice. It is already feeding into and complementing my nornal physiotherapy practice, but now I'm also exploring other ways this information can help support my neurodiverse clients and those with chronic pain.

Exciting clinic news!

My wonderful husband is going to be running a clinic every Tuesday morning from next week, mainly to give me some protected study time as I continue my PG Cert studies in Sensory Integration. Leon runs our sister physiotherapy clinic in Sudbury, Suffolk and has a wealth of experience, to complement Nicola. Tommorow at Runners of Brightlingsea Wellbeing Day from 10am!👇
Come and listen to a short talk about shin pain in runners from our local physiotherapist, Nicola Stephens, herself, a keen runner. She will talk through the most common types of shin pain, ways to try and avoid it, and offer a taping workshop to demonstrate taping techniques to support shin related issues. Nicola and Leon will be on hand all day to offer advice on running related injuries and, more importantly, prevention. Please do come along and have a chat. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️💨
