Congratulations to Jamie who went in to training with total determination, discipline and dedication. A carefully staged training program and nutrition on point helped him to stay largely injury free, oh and of course the odd massage helped too!

💛 At Massage 650, I’m proud to have supported the recent fundraising effort to install a defibrillator at Forge Fitness and Nutrition in Alresford — a vital resource for both the gym and the wider community.

The defibrillator is now in place, and the occasion was marked with a special visit from Olympic boxer Lewis Richardson, who officially unveiled it. 🥊👏

Are you suffering with leg or calf pain?

This is a common condition I see in the summer months. When the sun is out the flip flops come out.

If you wear them too frequently, your feet and legs may start aching due to lack of support. To sum up, you'll probably want to reserve flip-flops for taking out the rubbish, showering at the gym, or wading at the beach. For anything more strenuous, you're better off grabbing sturdier shoes.

We all love a flip flop but remember to give your legs some love and include some calf stretches in your day. Leg massage is also great for relieving the muscle tension.
