Place Farm House Residential Care Home Situated in the tranquil settings of Patcham, Place Farm House is a 19 bed residential care home for the retired.

The home is at the heart of the local community with many of its residents having resided in the Patcham area for a number of years. Place Farm House has existed as a care home since 1992 and has built strong links with various community and church groups and is an integral part of the local community.

Our residents are incredible - 152 new words from the word ‘deliberation’. Just phenomenal! We also enjoyed learning about the early lives, career and legacy of the legendary Morecambe & Wise and enjoyed watching their iconic sketches. We finished our day with cathartic pebble painting, with our wonderful work experience students. A joyful day all round 😁

We had a really special day on Friday hosting the community, friends & family at our Open Day! The weather was amazing as was the atmosphere. It was a fine way to celebrate the transformation of our care home. We look forward to many happy years in future with all of you along to enjoy it with us 😊

We'd like to say a thank you to Langlea Garden Design & Construction for our fabulous gardens which have been beautifully renovated to an exceptionally high spec. Their knowledge, hard work and bespoke garden design has provided a safe and tranquil environment for the residents to enjoy. It has also complimented the extension and wider renovation and done justice to the special place which Place Farm is.

We'd like to thank our amazing architect Anthonia Funge at Tap Architecture who realised our vision for a vibrant, modern space that would better serve residents and staff alike for Place Farm. The project was very complex, starting in May 2022 & it developed into a complete transformation of the home which will be admired for decades to come. Thank you to Anthonia!
