Place Farm House Residential Care Home Situated in the tranquil settings of Patcham, Place Farm House is a 19 bed residential care home for the retired.

The home is at the heart of the local community with many of its residents having resided in the Patcham area for a number of years. Place Farm House has existed as a care home since 1992 and has built strong links with various community and church groups and is an integral part of the local community.

There was lots of smiles, creativity, and wonderful conversations as everyone created beautiful displays and enjoyed the fresh air together. Activities like these are a great way to relax, connect, and make the most of the sunshine ☀️

We’ve had a wonderful time in the home recently, celebrating birthdays and making special memories together. 🎉🎂
Our residents have also enjoyed relaxing still life painting, playing chess with friends, welcoming singers into the home for some fantastic entertainment and taking part in fun visual quizzes on the TV. 🎨🎶📺

Their beautiful routines, elegant music and infectious energy brought so many smiles to the room. It was lovely to see our residents clapping along, remininscing about their dancing days and simply enjoying the performance together.

This morning we had the absolute pleasure of spending time with Bonnie, the long haired chihuahua and registered pet therapy dog 🐾🏅
There were plenty of smiles and cuddles as Bonnie made her way around the home, bringing comfort and joy to everyone she met. We love seeing how much happiness a little four-legged visitor can bring!

We got into the spirit of Shrove Tuesday with a fun-filled pancake flipping competition! 🥞👏
There were some impressive flips, and lots of laughing. Most importantly everyone sat down afterwards to tuck into their delicious pancakes together.
