Do you know your LDL's from you HDL's?

It's National Cholesterol Month - aimed at raising awareness of high cholesterol as a major risk for heart disease and stroke. And 1 in 2 people have high cholesterol - eek!

Not very cheerful reading - however, the great news is that diet and lifestyle changes are very effective in supporting our cholesterol levels.

But it's not about cutting out all fats. We need fat in our diet. Knowing how to increase your "good" cholesterol and reduce your "bad" cholesterol is where I can help - while making it delicious at the same time 😋
