“Too busy for meetings?
Same 😅

Between work, studies, and family life, it’s not always easy to attend in-person groups — but your opinion still matters.

If you could change ONE thing about your GP practice, what would it be? 🤔👇

We’re listening.

That’s why we created our Virtual Patient Participation Group — a quick, flexible way to share your views from your phone 📱

❤️ Know Your Cholesterol

High cholesterol often has no symptoms, but it can increase your risk of heart disease and stroke.

A simple blood test can check your levels.

Healthy lifestyle changes like eating well, staying active, and stopping smoking can help keep your cholesterol under control.

If you’re aged 40–74, you may be eligible for a free NHS Health Check, which includes a cholesterol test. Keep your eyes 👀 peeled for your invite.

📞 Contact the practice to find out more.

🌸 Happy International Women’s Day 🌸

Today we’re celebrating the incredible women who make up the heart of our practice.

As a proudly nurse-led GP practice, we are uniquely powered by women — with 90% of our nursing team being female. From our nurses and healthcare assistants to our receptionists and administrators, care coordinators and mental health care coordinators, physiotherapists and clinical pharmacists, our two female GPs and our dedicated management team — these inspiring professionals provide compassionate, expert care to our community every single day.

Their skill, resilience, empathy and leadership shape everything we do. They support patients through life’s milestones and its most challenging moments, always with professionalism and kindness.

We are proud of the safe, supportive and empowering environment they create — not just for our patients, but for each other too.

Today, and every day, we thank and celebrate you. 💜
