I haven’t posted in a while.

Not because I’ve disappeared.
Not because I don’t care.

But because I’ve been inside it.
Living the very nervous system work I guide my clients through.

Slowing down.
Listening in.

And maybe that’s the message today:
You don’t have to perform peace.
