Our new Pilates Chair is a great piece of Pilates equipment designed to add resistance and a platform for increasing mobility and challenge. We use the Pilates Chair for our 1:1 sessions and with our Reformer in our hybrid equipment classes. All of our classes are tailored to your body with Physio led expertise: we really know how your body moves which means we can get the best out of you safely and with support. In our boutique studio we only have a maximum of 4-5 clients so you really do get the feel of a personal service!
