I have benefited greatly from my physiotherapy sessions with Tobias following my surgery. I have had outstanding care, treatment and excellent processionalism and knowledge. Tobias has enabled me to make good progress following 2 total knee replacement surgeries. His relaxed supportive approach has proved to be very beneficial both physically and psychologically.

Gregor says: “Final run ahead of Brighton marathon. This week, I will mostly be resting my aching (ageing) body in the hope that my twingeing knee and calf settle and don’t interfere with my attempt to finish in under 3hrs.”

🌟 Exciting News! 🌟

Our lovely physio Caroline has been prepping for the Brighton Marathon in just under 2 weeks! 🏃‍♀️💨

This photos is from her last marathon in London 7years ago.

Although she’s been training hard, she’s been dealing with a niggly hamstring. As the queen of our lower limb rehab classes, she knows exactly how to manage it! For Caroline, that means regular Crossfit workouts (definitely not for the faint of heart – check out the photo!) along with her own rehab exercises at home. 💪

Caroline’s determination is inspiring, and she’s looking forward to incredible energy and support that the Brighton Marathon brings! 💚
