A morning at the Physio department in Banjul for practical teaching.
We also visited social welfare - where prosthetics, splints and shoe raises are made, along with many other essential bits. Afternoon back on the ward catching our postop patients. Full and fun day!

We spent yesterday mainly on the ward getting people moving and out of bed for the first time following surgery. The day ended rather differently with a lovely dinner at the high commissioners (and a quick physio consultation ☺️)

Not only has she been the friendly face and superstar admin/receptionist who keeps everything running smoothly — she’s also absolutely smashed her A Levels while working with us. 🙌
Jamie, you’ve done all this while being an incredible person (with the best hair in the business 💁‍♀️✨). We couldn’t be prouder of you!
