The Art of Personal Practice: Litha-Lammas 🌹🌻
A new online course, starting from next week!

This course is about redefining practice as a way of life, not just something to tick off each day. Aligning our practice with our unique energy bodies as well as the seasons and lunar cycles 🌜♾️🌛

I created a course to break this down into easy steps - to attune yourself with your own rhythm and nature’s cycles.
We are now stepping out from the peak energy of Litha, the ancient name for summer solstice, and towards Lammas, the first harvest of early August. As the light slowly starts to wane, we will begin to turn inward again.

What to expect:
📚🧘 4 weeks of material, plus 2 weeks of reflection and integration
✨ Self-guided, but I am on hand at any time!
⚡️ Included is also an energy reading (sent to you by week 4)
💻 Plus, a 90 minute online 1-1 (during week 5/6)

The course will be open all through summer - you can join at any point and take your time to complete 🙏
