I'm feeling undertheweather today so have cancelled clinic and am finally sorting and stewing my apple harvest while listening to Snatam Jaur Grace album ✨️
I've lost some apples to the box but most are fine if a little dehydrated. This year I'm going to be disciplined both ends of the crop, taking out 50% to encourage larger apples and then storing, stewing, dehydrating straight away in the autumn.
I'm stewing and freezing most of this and using the scraps for making apple cider vinegar
