Do you move regularly? So many of us have sedentary lifestyles that we can actually forget to move enough.
Here are some small steps you can do to improve your movement:
⭐ Start Small - stretching is a great way to start
⭐ Walk - walking is excellent for our bodies and helps us to get some fresh air too
⭐ Weights - using weights will help your body to become stronger, you can start with a short 15 minute workout
⭐ Find local exercise classes - if you're not confident just yet, find a workout on YouTube
⭐ Plan your week - if you add exercise to your usual diary you will make time to do it
⭐ Stick to your plan - make sure you do your exercise, just like you would attend a meeting
Whatever form of movement you choose, make sure you enjoy it, so you can sustain it consistently.
