Do you move regularly? So many of us have sedentary lifestyles that we can actually forget to move enough.

Here are some small steps you can do to improve your movement:

⭐ Start Small - stretching is a great way to start
⭐ Walk - walking is excellent for our bodies and helps us to get some fresh air too
⭐ Weights - using weights will help your body to become stronger, you can start with a short 15 minute workout
⭐ Find local exercise classes - if you're not confident just yet, find a workout on YouTube
⭐ Plan your week - if you add exercise to your usual diary you will make time to do it
⭐ Stick to your plan - make sure you do your exercise, just like you would attend a meeting

Whatever form of movement you choose, make sure you enjoy it, so you can sustain it consistently.

Managing stress can be difficult.

Here are some tips for you to try to manage your stress:

👉 Sleep at least 7-9 hours a night
👉 Take regular exercise
👉 Meditate
👉 Eat regular well balanced meals
👉 Take time to unwind
👉 Talk to others
👉 Recognise when you need help and speak to a professional

How do you deal with stress?

There are many effective steps you can take depending on the situation.

For example, if you have a lot of work to do, writing everything down and planning to complete the tasks in a suitable timeframe can help.
