Many of us are so busy with our lives, it sometimes seems impossible to take time for ourselves. As a Mother of two, a woman running her own business and keeping things together I know (as many of you do) how challenging it can be. Sometimes we do have to take a step back and value our health and wellness. My New Year’s resolution is to do just that. I will take that walk again along the seafront or park, I will book in with a fellow qualified reflexologist to rebalance my body & mind and I will meditate even if it’s 5-10 mins a day. Will taking time for yourself be your New Year’s resolution?
