Hello lovely people,

I hope you are well, healthy, safe and not struggling too hard to adapt to the new challenges.

Considering the current circumstances and after some time of self reflection and work I have finished putting together valuable therapeutic packages to help you on one to one virtual sessions where I can support you through this difficult times, from pains and aches to anxiety or insomnia, etc. As some of you might know I am a holistic therapist and although my main tools are acupuncture and massage, I have also trained and qualified on Support behaviour change, Positive psychology, Counselling (Level 2), EFT and I am currently half way through a certification to become a Holistic wellness coach.
The sessions would consist on 1 hour individualised meetings via Skype where I would offer different valuable techniques and information (acupressure, self massage techniques, EFT, nutritional advise, etc) according to your current issue and situation.
