I thought I would share some love and this article which suggests just 5mins a day of movements can be beneficial, stretching can help mobilise muscles, fascia and connective tissue. I'd suggest poses like cobra and thread the needle which can help prevent stiff backs, particularly if you have a desk based job.

Just 30-60 minutes of strengthening each week (e.g. push ups, yoga) is associated with upto a 20% reduced risk of death by various diseases. If that isn't a reason to offer to carry the shopping, I'm not sure what is!

Half an hour a week of activities such as gardening, sit-ups or yoga a week could help reduce the risk of dying from any cause by a fifth
