We’re looking for volunteers to help out at Sunflower Studio CIC – a grassroots well-being hub in central Brighton.

Whether you’re passionate about plant-based living, enjoy making herbal lattes, or just want to be part of something uplifting, we’d love to hear from you. Our roles are flexible, friendly, and welcoming to all, especially if you’re returning to work after illness or looking for experience.

✨ Volunteer roles include:�– Front-of-house & café support�– Spreading the word (flyers, social media, chats)
– Kitchen help (simple drinks & wholesome snacks)
– Cleaning, tidying & creating a warm space
– Or share your passion for natural remedies or holistic health!

At Sunflower studio over the summer, Charlie is running Conscious Connected Breathwork sessions 🌬️🫁😌

There are 4 more summer sessions, every Friday until 6 Sep, from 5.30-7pm.

These Friday sessions are about taking an intentional moment to unwind, feel & process what’s alive for us, to start the weekend feeling more embodied, present and connected.

We start with grounding somatic practices & then move into a guided conscious connected breathwork journey.

Conscious connected breathwork is a circular breath pattern, with no pauses, that entrains the mind’s attention onto the breath, allowing us to experience deeper, more embodied & altered states.

It is a self-healing practice that can help us transform blockages & reconnect with our inner nature & aliveness, gently exploring the full spectrum of our experience and expanding what is safe to feel.
