Over time I have seen so many different people come through the studio, all with their own reasons for starting. 🤍

Some felt stiff and unsure.

Some were coming back after injury.

Some just needed an hour to breathe and switch off.

No one walks in the same, and no one’s progress looks the same either.

For some it is building strength.

For others it is feeling a little less anxious.

Sometimes it’s simply realising their body can do more than they gave it credit for.

It’s rarely about how far you can reach.

It is about what shifts along the way. A bit more confidence. A bit more patience. A bit more trust in yourself.

Hot yoga has been a game changer for me. Over time, it helped me lose around two stone, but more than that, it made me feel stronger, fitter and more confident in my body.

It is not just about the weight - it is about building endurance, improving posture, increasing flexibility, and giving myself the energy I never knew I had. Every class pushes you gently, and the results come from showing up consistently, listening to your body and enjoying the journey.

One of the best things about Hot Yoga Patcham is that everyone is welcome exactly as they are.

You don’t need to be flexible, bendy, or a yoga expert to join a class - you just need to show up and move at your own pace. 🧘

We encourage you to take breaks, modify poses, and listen to your body, because your practice is about how you feel, not how you look.

There’s no pressure, no comparison, and definitely no judgement - just a supportive space where you can focus on yourself.
Whether it’s your first class or your hundredth, you’ll find a community that celebrates progress, not perfection, and that values presence over performance!

Camel pose is all about creating space through the front of the body.

As you move into it, think about lifting through the chest rather than dropping back, and keep your breath steady and controlled throughout. It is not about how deep you go, but how supported and connected you feel in the pose.

Take your time, listen to your body and come out as soon as it feels right for you.
