Happy 12th Birthday to our Easter Bunny Pippa, she was the 1st, and undeniable matriarch of Downmere who has the biggest heart for the smallest pony ❤️

The hippocampus controls memory and learning, an equine’s is highly developed meaning they are exceptional at judging emotions and do not forget easily. Their parietal lobe is much faster at processing sensory information than ours, so they are like a supercharged GPS designed for navigation, reading environmental cues and quick reflexes.

The donkeys, dogs and ponies experienced the wonderful healing hands of a client who is a masseuse which they all thoroughly enjoyed. Tom had a big release and sleep in the sunshine afterwards - bliss

On world mental health day I give thanks to the beautiful animals in my life who are helping children and adults feel better about themselves. Today I met an extraordinary young woman whom the animals gathered around to feel, and show their unconditional love. It is life affirming to witness such special moments, the animals instinctively know what each person needs and I’m in awe everyday.

Happy 12th Birthday Beautiful Bailey, truly blessed to have this beautiful soul in my life. He is the most gentle loving giant, kids and adults feel safe to cry on his big shoulders and get comfort from cuddling him. If I could clone him I would, my real life barbie horse. Farriers came for pedicures, the miniature donkeys were so good and the farrier has been so gentle with them helping their confidence grow with each visit.
