Tear trough transformation: correction & refill 🙌🏼

My patient came to me unhappy with tear trough filler she’d had elsewhere - placed too superficially with a needle, it created a visible “filler bag” under the left eye.

Here’s what we did:
💧 Dissolved the left side only using Hyaluronidase (after a patch test), to remove the old filler
⏳ Waited 2 weeks
💉 Refilled with 0.5ml Redensity II using a deep plane cannula technique for natural, smooth results

The after photo was taken just 20 minutes post-treatment🤩👏
