C-section scar massage with the Lymphatouch machine 🙌🏽

We are so excited to let you know that we now have a permanent in our massage clinic which will be included in all scar treatments (if suitable for your scar).

This is a wonderful medical device which works by using negative pressure to lift the scar and the surrounding tissue. This speeds up the healing process, releases areas of your scar that are stuck down, helping to create a flatter appearing scar and less pain.

Its fantastic if you have a super sensitive scar or feel you can’t touch your scar, as the pressure can be adjusted to a really low level where you will barely feel it but it will still be an effective treatment.

If you want to find out more about how this treatment can help you, we will try and share some more videos soon (I’m sorry I’m so rubbish at posting on this page) but we have shared tons of info on Lymphatouch on our page.

Our Story

Hello I’m Hannah West, a soft tissue therapist providing massage therapy to anyone who has any sort of pain, disfunction or reduced movement. I specialise in womens health providing effective pregnancy massage, postnatal recovery massage and abdominal scar work.

As a keen skier, runner and lover of all things health and fitness, I first discovered the effectiveness of soft tissue therapy for myself after I suffered my own ski injuries. Inspired by my experience, I trained at the prestigious North London School of Sports Massage and graduated with the highest level in the profession. Following this, I trained with Burrell Education, one of the UK’s leading-edge educators in massage and fitness for pregnant, postnatal and 3rd age (peri to postmenopausal) women to enable her to use her expertise in these areas as well. She continues to expand her knowledge and skills through regular courses and conferences.

When not massaging or working out, Hannah can be found hanging out in Brighton with her two boys Caspar and Otis.
