Living Well Programme at Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust The Living Well Programme organises self-management courses for patients in W.Sussex and Brighton & Hove living with long-term health conditions.

The aim of the course is to empower patients to take more control of their health by learning new skills to manage their condition and to live well. This free six week course is facilitated by fully trained volunteer tutors who themselves are living with a long-term health condition. You decide what you want to achieve. The course enables you to do so at your own pace, with the support of others who are facing similar problems.

Some participants on previous courses have expressed wanting to start or return to creative projects as part of their weekly goal-setting. If that sounds like you, why not join along with a small, low-pressure challenge like the one below?

Every week in January, we'll share a creative prompt from the challenge to inspire you. There's no right or wrong way to join their January Challenge, it's yours to explore, but they have some tips to help get you get started:

Take your time: Spend 2 minutes or 2 hours on a prompt, it's all about what works for you, and you don't have to take part every day.
