I've been working on something new...

Over the years many of you have come to see me for Intimate Bodywork sessions, and you've experienced first-hand the style of work I've developed.

Over the past 18 months I've been working on a new project that I'm really excited about — a Professional Training Programme in Intimate Bodywork.

The aim is to bring more structure, ethics and professionalism into this field, and to train practitioners who can offer this work in a safe, trustworthy and responsible way.

In case you missed it, I was recently involved in a Channel 4 documentary 'Save Our S***m'! The show aimed to highlight the struggles that many men, and couples, are facing with fertility health, and offered simple lifestyle interventions to improve fertility markers. I thought it was really amazing that a mainstream media channel were open to having me (and my amazing volunteer, Laszlo) there to demonstrate how self-massage can help with testicular health. The pregnancy journey can make sxx and intimacy feel pressured, stressful and performative - taking time to explore things like intimate massage with yourself and your partner is really important. I hope the programme helps to expand the dialogue around body awareness, men's health and mindful intimacy - it's definitely worth a watch and share

Sleep: the overlooked ingredient in fixing erectile dysfunction

Erectile dysfunction is a common problem that affects millions of men worldwide. It can cause a lot of stress and anxiety, and can negatively impact relationships. I work with countless men whose s*xual confidence is at an all time low because of ongoing problems with getting or maintaining an er****on. Many have sought medical advice and been given the ‘solution’ of taking vi**ra, or other similar drugs. These usually have unpleasant side effects and just aren’t a viable long term solution. They also completely take any sense of spontaneity out of s*x.

While there are many factors that can contribute to erectile dysfunction, one factor that is often overlooked, yet can create profound improvements, is SLEEP. Getting enough good quality sleep is essential for optimal health and well-being; making positive changes in your sleep habits can therefore have an incredible impact on s*xual function.

UPDATED filming dates & info (***)

Hey everyone! I'm going to be involved in a project for Channel 4: a documentary type piece about male fertility, how it's declining, the struggles that men are facing, and how to improve the situation. The project will follow three 'celebrities' as they go on a journey, meeting with different specialists and practitioners, to highlight the issue and hopefully improve their fertility markers. I will be featured demonstrating and talking about ge***al massage and testicular massage. The production company are looking for a model who is willing to be naked on camera and demonstrate the massage techniques/be demonstrated on by me, whilst the 'celebrities' observe and learn. This is a big ask - you'd need to be willing to be naked and filmed for mainstream TV, but if you are interested (or know someone who might be) then please PM me or comment below. ***Your face can be edited out of all shots, maintaining anonymity***

I think this is a great project to be involved in, and a great way to help more men improve their relationship with their ge****ls and their bodies! The filming will take place on SATURDAY 8th OCTOBER so you'd need to be available and close to/in London.
