Community Shiatsu Clinic A drop-in shiatsu massage clinic. Wednesdays 5-7pm @ Cornerstone Community Centre, Hove. Last entry 6.30pm
Cost: £15 for 20 minutes. £30 for 45 minutes.

Shiatsu is an ancient Japanese massage that works with the body's energy flow to release tension and bring balance to the body. Shiatsu is a Japanese massage that supports and strengthens the body's natural ability to heal and balance itself. Shiatsu is deeply relaxing and regular Shiatsu sessions help to prevent the build-up of stress in our daily lives. It works on the whole person - not just the physical body, but also on a psychological, emotional and spiritual being. Shiatsu is particularly effective to relieve muscular tension in the neck, shoulders and back. Shiatsu is received fully clothed whilst laying on a futon.
