Just reflecting on my session with my client today who is palliative. Massage and reflexology were offered in a gentle and supportive manner. The focus was on comfort, presence, and compassion. My client was discussing how we all need to make the most of every moment, watching the sunset, & sunrise, having time with friends, being able to walk in nature...it really made me think of being in the moment more to enjoy life more fully.
