I’m Harminder the founder of Infinity Massage Therapy, an award-winning massage business which I started in Brighton back in 2019. What began as a side hustle quickly turned into my fulltime passion, and today I’m lucky to work with an amazing team helping people feel better in their bodies every day.

Massage has always been part of my life it started at home, massaging my dad and uncles and grew into a career built on genuine care, connection, and results. I’m all about creating a calm, welcoming space where people can switch off, heal, and leave feeling lighter than when they arrived.

Outside the treatment room, I’m a huge foodie and the face behind where I share my love for Brighton’s incredible food scene. That passion also led me to create a community that brings people together over good food, especially people new to the city, feeling lonely and looking to make genuine connections, while supporting local restaurants during quieter times.

Whether it’s through massage, food, or community, everything I do comes back to the same thing: bringing people together and making them feel good.

We did our first couples massage last week this is something that has been requested many a time and now it's possible 🥳

We are excited to have Sophie join the Infinity Massage Therapy family at our Hove location on Sundays.

Sophie specialises in relaxation massages and will offer face massages in the near future once she has completed her course.
