Are you, or someone you love, living with dementia and looking for more ease in daily life? ๐Ÿ’™

At the Sussex Mindfulness Centre, we're offering a free eight-week mindfulness course, specially adapted for people living with early-stage dementia โ€” and you're welcome to bring a loved one or carer along too.

What helps when life suddenly stops feeling steady?

After injury and relocation turned life upside down, the risk of depression quietly returned for Tamsin Bishton. Instead of pushing through or ignoring what was happening, she chose something different โ€” slowing down and learning to meet each moment with awareness and kindness.

In her moving new blog, she shares how the Deeper Mindfulness: Frame by Frame course at the Sussex Mindfulness Centre helped her rediscover steadiness, compassion for herself, and moments of unexpected joy during a challenging time.
