A lot of evenings and weekends are about netball training and matches with my girls! And some serious mileage.. so I’ll try and juggle my time watching 👀 whilst getting those admin boxes ticked! The wheel never stops!

Wow.. considering it’s a year since I’ve posted here.. it’s been a busy one for … what with events.. a huge thank you to .. and of course … all great events and so so much fun!! hopefully some more of those to come in the new year! As usual lots of netball all over the country! & .dq both making Mumma proud! Beam therapies has had a move.. loving the new space! Also added to the toolbox this year, early in the year completing Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage course and then recently with Oncology Massage Course which is leading to new exciting position in the new year. Watch this space!! Channelling my inner penny growing some amazing flowers in my garden.. which am finding very therapeutic and great for the soul.. definitely more of that to come in 2026! And the other big shout out this year has to be started around March on a 6 week course.. and haven’t looked back.. have never felt stronger! Got a busy clinic until the 22nd.. then it’s a little r & r .. before bursting in 2026.. so a massive merry Christmas from beam therapies and see you on the other side! 💪💚🎄🙏 🎄

A little Christmas gift for my clients! bath bags! Made from oats to hydrate & nourish the skin, dried lavender flowers & essential oil to boost mood & relax the body, dried organic calendula flowers to reduce stress, anxiety & soothe muscles, Himalayan pink salts to stimulate circulation & detoxify the body and lastly frankincense essential oil to balance hormones & clear congestion! Perfect for this time of year!

Had a sweet craving… some made my own chocolate block! And I know exactly what’s in it!! So easy!! Whizzed up handful of hazelnuts, cashews, 4 pitted dates, h**p seeds, couple of table spoons of GF oats. Melted 4 tablespoons of coconut oil, 4 tablespoons spoons of maple syrup, vanilla and tablespoon of almond butter. Mixed both together in blender with 2 tablespoons of cacao powder, 2 tablespoons of collagen and 2 tablespoons of Chaga mushroom powder. Squashed laid out of baking sheet with dark chocolate drops and some cut up almonds pinch of sea salt.. then to the freezer for couple of hours.. hey presto!! Yum yum!!

A bit of self care today. My right hands has been displaying symptoms of de quervain tenosynovitis.. basically inflammation and swelling of the tendons that run along the base of the thumb.. it’s been painful and uncomfortable. However after giving myself some acupuncture today, the swelling has gone down and feels completely different. Woohoo! After some further research into the points used two points also released emotional states such as; sadness, grief and bereavement. How about that then hay?! It amazes me how we store trauma in our bodies! If your suffering from physical pain or an on going injury drop me DM massage

Fighting the holiday blues & not being with my boy on his 18th birthday! Big walk with my dog to clear the cobwebs always does the trick.. could be worse places to be! Back in private clinic Mon/Tue/Fri next week & wed/thur if your suffering from muscular pain, anxiety, stress & menopausal symptoms .. let’s get fixing!! DM for appointments
