Had a sweet craving… some made my own chocolate block! And I know exactly what’s in it!! So easy!! Whizzed up handful of hazelnuts, cashews, 4 pitted dates, h**p seeds, couple of table spoons of GF oats. Melted 4 tablespoons of coconut oil, 4 tablespoons spoons of maple syrup, vanilla and tablespoon of almond butter. Mixed both together in blender with 2 tablespoons of cacao powder, 2 tablespoons of collagen and 2 tablespoons of Chaga mushroom powder. Squashed laid out of baking sheet with dark chocolate drops and some cut up almonds pinch of sea salt.. then to the freezer for couple of hours.. hey presto!! Yum yum!!
