If you're tracking your calories but not losing weight or toning up your body, this one's for you!🙌🏼
What the fitness and weight loss industry isn't explaining when people promote calorie tracking is that calorie tracking is NOT a diet.

From my experience, I firsthand know why so many people A) have a terrible relationship with tracking food and B) get frustrated when the "diet" doesn't work👎🏼

I say this all the time; Your diet is simply the way that you eat - and tracking your macros and food choices allow you to learn how you eat!🎉

Instead of Calorie tracking, I do Macros tracking, which is a tool I use with clients as part of the proven method I've developed. It helps you to:
- Learn what's in their food 🔥
- Have a rough idea of their calorie intake/consistency 🔥
- Reflect on food choices (both daily and weekly)🔥
- Learn more about what's inside their food (like protein and fibre)🔥
