Supporting Women’s Pelvic Health with 💜

A huge thank you to Jo Divine for their brilliant support of pelvic health physiotherapists and women’s health professionals.

They’ve provided us with samples, brochures, and expert advice on their range of vi*****rs, dilators, and lubricants — all designed with intimate health and comfort in mind.

Their products are irritant-free and thoughtfully created to support women experiencing issues such as vaginismus, hypertonic pelvic floor, post-operative changes, or vaginal dryness.

We love their educational approach — helping women and healthcare professionals better understand why ingredients matter and how to choose products that promote healing, confidence, and pleasure.

A big thank you to for sending these wonderful boxes of tricks! These silicone dilators and pelvic wand might look a little daunting at first glance, but they are incredibly effective tools in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction.

They can play a vital role in relieving tight or tender vaginal and pelvic floor tissues, reducing pain with sexual in*******se, and supporting recovery after pelvic surgery, menopause, or trauma. With the right guidance, these tools can be empowering steps toward comfort, confidence, and pelvic health.

If you’re experiencing pelvic pain or discomfort and want to learn more about how these tools could help, you’re very welcome to get in touch.

⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Fantastic article in the today by highlighting the importance of addressing the common problem of incontinence especially in postnatal and menopausal women. Great information from the hilarious Elaine Miller with a few quotes in there from our very own Tina Mason! 🙌 🙌 🙌

REMEMBER: incontinence is common but NOT normal! If you are suffering from leaking then please find yourself a pelvic health physiotherapist who will be able to guide you on how to resolve this.

How Do You Exercise Your PELVIC FLOOR?

If you are sat in a chair, mindlessly staring out the window whilst doing your squeezes, this is better than nothing BUT what happens when you increase your activity?

Depending on your activity levels, e.g:

*Picking up a baby in a car seat whilst wrestling a toddler off your leg.

*Running a 5km or sprinting after your child in the park

*Pushing the hoover around the house

*Regular HIIT exercises

*Lifting shopping bags or a kettle bell

*Running up and down the stairs sorting the washing

ALL these activities need your pelvic floor in good shape, so if you are exercising your pelvic floor, make sure you do it whilst active 🏃‍♀️ and not just in your chair 🪑.

For a full pelvic floor check to assess if the muscle is activating effectively, both in strength & endurance or for a full functional rehab plan, we're here to help! 💪

Diastasis Re**us Abdominus or DRA is common during and post pregnancy.

It is completely normal for the linea alba, running down the middle of the re**us abdominus muscle, to widen towards the end of pregnancy and this will often rectify itself over time as your body recovers from pregnancy.

Some people are more genetic predisposed to DRA, the same as with stretch marks.

For some people, the gap can be larger and therefore more difficult to return to pre pregnancy state without help.

Having recently completed the guru Gráinne Donnelly's .physio course on DRA rehab, if you are struggling with returning to exercise postnatally, worried about a gap or just want to check you are on the right track to achieve your goals, feel free to book in!

In Gráinne's words, "there is no right or wrong exercise". Rehab for DRA has to be individualised, goal centred and without fear.

Remember, there is support out there for you!

Thank you for the infographic.
