When we take our time - instead of rushing from A to B, being on auropilot, going over our to-do list or filling our heads with the āwhat/whys/maybesā,,, we give ourselves space, to move through life at a gentler & slower pace, allowing us to see & take in the beauty all round us, this way, even the most seemingly mundane things can take on a new life of depth & richness š

Is stress causing you problems in your life?
Letās face it, there is no escaping stress ā no matter what we put in place. There will inevitably be something that comes out of left field to knock us off the balance, cause a stress, which can lead to overwhelm and ultimately exhaustion.

Iāve learned that no matter what happens, or how bad it seems today, life does go on, and it will be better tomorrow.
Iāve learned that you can tell a lot about a person by the way he/she handles these three things: a rainy day, lost luggage, and tangled Christmas tree lights.
Iāve learned that regardless of your relationship with your parents, youāll miss them when theyāre gone from your life. Iāve learned that making a ālivingā is not the same thing as making a ālife.ā
Iāve learned that life sometimes gives you a second chance.
Iāve learned that you shouldnāt go through life with a catcherās mitt on both hands; you need to be able to throw something back.

I love my job š
Such a great session for ārestless eventsā yesterday. With a lovely co-creative group we explored Mindful eating - examining our habitual eating patterns, practicing mindful eating exercises & discussing how bringing a more mindful attitude to our buying, preparing & eating our food can bring a healthier relationship to food & a richness of experience we so often donāt notice.

Hi, Iām Claire, welcome to my hello mindful page & thanks for stopping by.
I never really thought mindfulness was for me, it was for āthoseā people. You know those people, the ones who have their lives in order & can balance on a lotus leaf...on their head! It wasnāt until I stumbled across a free drop in class that I realised anyone could access the benefits of Mindfulness, even me.
I attended the first session when I was in a very bleak and chaotic place in my life, I was When I sat, closed my eyes and listened to the guidance from the teacher, for the first time in a long time there was some peace and a crack of light in the darkness, from then on I was hooked and my journey with Mindfulness has transformed my life. So I decided to train to teach mindfulness, so I could enable other people gain the benefit from this practice & way of being.
Having experienced first hand the barriers to accessing such courses & classes (partly through my own assumptions of what mindfulness is all about, who it is for & my personal physical access issues)I have put accessibility, affordability, inclusivity & approachability at the heart of Hello Mindful.
After completing my training at the Sussex mindfulness centre I have been teaching mindfulness courses/day retreats/workshops in the community & online to the general public, groups who identify themselves as disabled & people wanting help with addiction.
Research has shown time & time again how a regular Mindfulness practice can benefit us by reducing relapse if depression, help with stress & anxiety, improve sleep, help manage chronic pain, enhance relationships & manage difficult situations with more ease. Thereās really nothing to lose....
