Armando teaches 26 and 2 here at Humankind, and his story of how he got started is very inspiring.

26&2, taught by the right instructor, will enable your body to ease into positions it may have usually wanted to avoid.

With time, you will get deeper into your positions and understand the purpose of each movement more clearly.

Fact: Hot Pilates is for everyone! Modifications and support are offered in every class, no matter your starting point.

➡️ Myth: “You’ll be dripping and miserable the whole time.”

Fact: The heat warms your muscles, boosts circulation, and supports a deeper workout. You’ll work up a sweat, but most people leave feeling refreshed and accomplished, not exhausted!

➡️ Myth: “Hot Pilates is unsafe.”

Fact: Our instructors are trained to guide you safely, with plenty of water breaks and options for everyone. Hydration and listening to your body are key!

➡️ Myth: “It’s too intense for beginners.”

Fact: Classes are designed for all levels. Go at your own pace, rest when you need, and build strength step by step.
