This new service will deliver hospital care online (i.e. virtually/ digitally) as an alternative to seeing someone in person and will be optional for patients.

People can live with HIV for a long time without any symptoms and testing is the only way to know your status. Testing is quick, easy, confidential, and free for everyone in the UK. If you have HIV, finding out means you can start treatment, stay healthy and avoid passing the virus onto anyone else.

The Department of Health and Social Care - DHSC and NHS England want to establish a new NHS service which will deliver hospital care online (i.e. virtually/ digitally) as an alternative to seeing someone in person. This service will be optional for patients.

We would like to hear your views about this new service, called the NHS Online Trust, so that we can submit your feedback as part of our response to a government consultation.

In January, we received confirmation of our funding for 2026/27, which will support our continued operation until March 2027 at least. We continue to operate as normal; we are here to listen to your experiences of using health and social care services and to speak up on your behalf. As we learn more about our future, we will keep you updated.

After careful consideration, The Haven Practice is proposing to merge with Beaconsfield Medical Practice and close its current site. Both surgeries understand that this may cause concern and would like to hear your thoughts via their feedback survey, here: https://buff.ly/vISZjKm
