Spent some time seeing, thinking, writing, chatting at this truly incredible exhibition by at in London today.

Well worth checking out not just for the superb photography and excellent curatorship, but the subject matter, which is essentially about our humanity, and how we choose to express ourselves when something threatens to invalidate or nullify our existence.....

I'm pleased to share two new grief-based events which I will be facilitating in 2025 at Anahata.

'Life, loss, love' uses a creative approach to grief, loss and the process of grieving. On 9th February join me on a journey using art to explore and express your grief. The 16th February will be another exploration of grief, this time using the written and spoken word.

Cost is £40 per workshop. Do contact me for more information, or to enquire about one of the limited low-cost places available. I look forward to meeting you, and welcoming in your grief 🙏
