This is my gorgeous friend and client after 6ml of strategically placed filler to give a very subtle but noticeable refresh. She did not want to look ‘done’ and that is very much my ethos also.

Results are before and immediately after.

Areas done: cheekbones, nose tear troughs, nasolabial folds, midcheeks.

(We decided not to do lips in the end.)

Combined case: Radiesse & HA filler

Around 6ml of filler was used to restore volume to the cheekbones, NL folds, lips, chin, and perioral area. This addressed the structural issues. Then hyperdilute Radiesse was placed superficially in the mid and lower face to stimulate collagen production over the next one-to-three months. This will thicken and tighten the skin, further improving the outcome.
The after picture was taken at one month, so there is still improvement to be expected.

Subtle lip filler for this wonderful client. Proof that filler can look natural and complement the clients facial features. Performed using a microcannula, using a medium density hyaluronic acid filler.

More filler nose jobs! This lovely client had a dorsal bump and wanted it gone. I carefully placed filler above and below the hump to camouflage it. Hey presto, a straight nose. I also lifted the tip subtly. I love doing noses!
