Some exciting news and a date for your diary! Lessons can resume at the earliest on the wc May 17th, I already have the pool confirmed and some new enquires about getting booked in. More information to follow, but wanted to share the good news. I really cannot wait to get teaching again. X

I saw this on grid and it struck a cord.
In my personal life I’m not always a “cup is half full” kind of girl. I’ve got my tendencies to see the negatives if I’m being honest.
However, keeping with this honesty, I wholeheartedly believe that if we surround ourselves with knowledge, resources and education around a certain subject we can see the truth and the facts and therefore see the positivity.
This is how I feel about birth.
If you fill your brain, news feed and conversation with positivity during pregnancy the impact can be exceptional. You can spend your pregnancy feeling confident, calm and ready. It’s all about knowledge 💫

During this hour we delve into the mechanics of labour and cover ALL the many reasons why fear doesn’t have to be at the forefront of your mind when you think of birth.
We talk through what’s happening inside your body and what to expect.
There’s time for you to ask questions and speak to me one to one.
You will leave the session with vast amounts of knowledge about your body which, in turn, will enable that fear to start releasing away. Each hour session includes an MP3 relaxation track to keep for practice.
Sessions are £36 including a pre booking form, MP3 relaxation and a my favourite “I Love That You Exist” a4 print from which is literally the most perfect addition to your nursery/baby space 💛

Hypnobirthing is complex and amazing and I would always recommend taking a full course wherever possible.
However, I am aware that this isn’t always an option.
Imagine being able to choose a particular element of Hypnobirthing that you wanted to learn more about.

Did you know?
We use 5% of the brain’s capacity for memory, which means the subconscious mind controls the remaining 95%. Even though we don’t know it, our subconscious mind is actively at work whether our conscious mind knows it or not!
Which means we HAVE to plug into our subconscious wherever possible, especially when it comes to something as important as birth 💫
