Brighton Girl has partnered with Churchill Square to transform the space into a celebration of community, wellbeing and local impact. As part of the programme, Brighton Wellness Festival is curating a dedicated Wellness Space filled with accessible, 30-minute sessions throughout the afternoon.
This space is inclusive to all who identify, celebrate and champion women!

Does science support scalar waves for ADHD?

I am often asked how the EESystem helps to quiet the mind. While I see the results every day in the EESystem Room, I love it when new research backs up these experiences.

A recent 2024-25 pilot study has shown that scalar field therapy can significantly help adults with ADHD and ADD manage symptoms like racing thoughts and hyperactivity. One of the most interesting findings was that the positive effects on focus and calm actually continued to grow weeks after the sessions ended.
