Each massage treatment is different and a fusion of eastern and western methods can include Deep Tissue Massage, Sport Massage Techniques, Hot or Cold Stones, Trigger Point Therapy Acupressure Points, and Myofascial release.

The aim is to reduce pain and injury and see a result in 1 - 6 sessions.

During a treatment a consultation can identify the clients needs and a appropriate treatment plan.

Reflexology is a complementary therapy based on the principle that all areas of your body, including glands, organs, muscles and nerves, are linked to specific areas of, or points on, your feet, hands and face.

It works on an individual basis, tailored to you, and may alleviate your symptoms.

Reflexology can be wonderfully relaxing. Take some time out from your daily pressures to build a sense of wellbeing, by relieving stress and tension.

Advanced Reflexology techniques are used specialising in Pre conception, Pregnancy, and Post Natal Reflexology

I am fascinated by new developments and research in health such as different treatments used, diet, exercise, life style, and the holistic approach.

I believe using a combination of great Massage and Reflexology treatments and the right diet exercise and lifestyle can make a huge difference.
