Patricia Carlota is a Gong Practitioner passionate about sharing the sound of the Gong and related sound tools with the world. She facilitates Gong/Sound meditations (Gong Baths) working with intention, meditation and guided visualisation. She is interested in nourishing intuition and heart space, expanding consciousness, and feeling the present moment to the fullest. She currently works with a 38-inch Paiste Symphonic Gong, a 36-inch Meinl Wu Xing, a 32-inch Paiste Mercury Gong, a 22-inch Tone Of Life Dance Gong, multiple singing bowls, voice, a shruti box, a frame drum, and various bells, rattles, shakers, and chimes. Alongside her Gong practice, she explorers a number of disciplines, healing techniques and tools that enhance her perception of self and the world, including Reiki, the Munay Ki Rites, the Healing Tao, Shamanic Journeying, Lucid Dreaming, Creative Visualisation, Meditation, Art and Philosophy. My upcoming gong sessions have been postponed due to the current circumstances.

If you have booked one of the sessions, or expressed interest, I have or will contact you to share this information.

Time to stop, pause and listen.

For me, the current situation in our global community, sparks an invitation to nurture our inner and outer environments with reflection, care, awareness, compassion, love and kindness; cultivate healthy thoughts and emotions; and being grounded in the present moment.

This is what I intend to do, be, breathe. Such a reminder that we are all here together, united and connected as one, in our planet, floating in the Universe.

Also a reminder that solidarity overcomes adversity.

I love it here, and love facilitating sessions at this beautiful and welcoming studio.

I feel so at home by the sea, and having the sound of the sea in the background whilst playing the gongs, for me, it’s so truly special. My heart feels so peaceful every time.

So excited that All Love is happening again for the 3rd year running. This year at Triyoga Ealing on Sunday 31st May. An all day kirtan extravaganza 10-9pm in aid of CRISIS for the homeless. There will be over 20 kirtan leaders offering chants including Nikki Slade, Illumina, Art of Living and Regina Martin. Don’t miss this event, it was awesome last year and we raised over 2k for CRISIS. Please save the date, more info coming soon. 🙏🏼

Marnie Padmai and I, Kirtanakarah , will be yoga life studio in next 21 Feb 8-9pm.

An invitation to join us, sing mantras accompanied by beautiful acoustic harmonium and dolac and djembe drums.

The rhythm will build over several minutes, and then we will return to a place of stillness allowing us to enjoy the soothing effects of the sound on the body and mind.

Last year I had the amazing life changing experience of studying Kirtan with Nikki Slade, UK’s pioneer in Western Kirtan.

Following up from the training, in collaboration with Marnie Padmai, we have created Kirtanakarah to offer Kirtan in the community.

An invitation to join us, sing mantras, let go, and experience the benefits of Kirtan. Kirtan can be known as the Yoga of sound. It is a great tool for wellbeing, and It always brings me back ‘home’ with feelings of inner peace, joy, and belonging.
