Each Friday morning of summer we meditate on the heart, through movement, stillness and breath practices focused on inquiry ; by harnessing attention to the sensations of movement and breath around this area as we flow, we can release tension and cultivate easier motion around the spine for sure… but we also learn to connect to the body’s heartfelt inner intelligence. An exquisitely warm space.
