The Pines Nursing Home is situated in the seaside town of Hove, in the beautiful county of Sussex.

The Pines provides high quality care for those with nursing and residential needs. The Pines Care and Nursing Home in Hove has an excellent reputation as a leading nursing home in the Brighton area. Our highly-trained care and nursing teams are available twenty-four hours a day to provide the highest standards of person-centred care. The Pines has recently been extended and refurbished and now features a bistro cafe, hair salon and bright and airy lounge and dining areas.

Our residents and staff have been sharing messages straight from the heart as part of our ‘Hearts of Happiness’ activity, creating a hallway of hearts to look at each day.

Each heart carries a positive message – a beautiful reminder that kindness, connection and love are part of everyday life at The Pines!

Hello everyone! putting out a PSA that very unfortunately our Therapy Goat morning has been cancelled. They regretfully had to postpone our day to a later date.

I will keep everyone updated as to when the new date for our Therapy Goat visit will be, thank you.

Christmas day at The Pines Nursing Home residents were joined by family here for a morning of gift giving and receiving. What a joyous occasion it was to have all the happy families in the home.

Our Christmas Fete was a wonderful success, bringing residents, staff, families, and friends together for a truly festive day 🎄

Guests enjoyed live music, a Christmas-themed pub quiz, and an exciting high-stakes raffle, alongside a delicious selection festive treats lovingly prepared by our kitchen team.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who joined us and supported our Resident Comfort Fund. Your generosity and continued support help us create meaningful moments and enhance the comfort of those who call The Pines home.

We celebrated at . Our staff made foods from countries around the world. we had Nanaimo bars from Canada, Custard tarts from Portugal, Melk tart and koeksusters from South Africa and Pretzels from Germany.

Cake4Kindness is a wonderful not-for-profit initiative dedicated to easing loneliness and social isolation among those experiencing homelessness by sharing the joy of cake💕

Our summer fete fundraiser was a shining success! Thank you everyone for coming out and supporting our resident comfort fund, especially those that baked delicious goodies for the cake stall and donated items for the raffle. A day full of fabulous music by the Senior Samba Band, fun with the daring magician, and great company surrounded by our residents, family, friends, and Mayor of Brighton & Hove Amanda Grimshaw.
