This Wednesday join me for a cosy evening in the yurt The Yoga Garden for some grounding & nourishing Yin Yoga after the fullness of the Summer.

It’s a space to come home to yourself & fill your own cup.
We will also be contemplating the current energies of the eclipse portal 🌖

The evening will end with a restorative sound bath to rest deeply.
