Book I’m loving (and learning from!) 📚
This one’s a tough read, so I actually recommend the audiobook version — but it’s so worth it.
Ultra-Processed People by Chris van Tulleken dives deep into what ultra-processed foods are really doing to our bodies. We all know they’re not great, but this book really opens your eyes to why.
What we eat can have such a huge impact on our hormones, energy, and mood. It’s made me even more passionate about eating as cleanly and simply as possible — real food that nourishes, not depletes.
If you’ve been curious about how food affects your body and mind, this one’s a must-listen.
