Hey everyone, last few places left on our workshop if you would like to join Bev and me for an extremely relaxing Sunday afternoon!

It’s at West Hill Hall 2pm - 5pm
Sunday 9th March

An afternoon, of explorative gentle flowing yoga with Danny followed by a restful sound bath led by Bev. Tea and a treat and natter to finish... A wonderful way to close the weekend and clear the mind before Monday.

West Hill Hall is located just up the road from Brighton Station…

We said goodbye to this beautiful soul yesterday. She has been amazing, right to the end, even when in pain. It’s been a hard four months for her and had adjusted to having her leg amputed. She has touched so many peoples hearts ♥️ along the way. We will miss her so much but at the same feel so privileged to have had such a wonderful addition to our family. It will be strange adjusting from 5 to 4.
The first picture is only a couple of days ago and the second 10 years ago yesterday when we picked her ( or she picked us.
