Brighton BodyTalk

Brighton BodyTalk The BodyTalk SystemTM is a unique health care system that uses biofeedback to communicate with the body and discover its healing needs and priorities.

BodyTalk is based on the principle that the body is capable of healing itself at all levels – as evidenced by the healing process that is automatically initiated when a person cuts a finger or twists an ankle. This automatic, self-guided healing process is part of the body’s inborn intelligence, or the “innate wisdom” of the body, as we call it in BodyTalk. The innate wisdom guides the overall functioning of the bodymind complex, synchronizes all the activities as well as maintains balance, or homeostasis, within the bodymind complex. Duncan Bailey Bio Page:
In early 2011 I had decided that I wanted to learn a health care system that was effective, efficient, and accessible and that I could study and learn around my busy life, I left it at that. In June that year, a friend told me about a health care system that you can learn in a day… That was all that was needed for me to enrol into the BodyTalk Access program. After my BodyTalk Access course I was hooked. The more time I spent looking into and reading about BodyTalk the more I just felt amazed about this system. On that day, after Access, I wanted to be a BodyTalk Practitioner and felt like I had found what I’ve been always looking for.

Menstrual Irregularities

Menstrual Irregularities include Ovarian Cysts, Cervical Dysplasia, Human Papillomavirus (HPV), Endometriosis, Uterine Tumors, and Painful or Irregular Me**es.

Hormone levels are regulated by establishing healthy communication among the ovaries, pituitary, and adrenals. All of these endocrine glands are responsible for healthy female reproductive function. The uterus represents femininity, nurturing, and rejection or acceptance. Applying these consciousness aspects of the uterus during a session can bring about a shift in perspective that immediately changes the organ’s physiology. BodyTalk draws on Traditional Chinese Medicine, in which the liver is responsible for movement of blood and therefore plays a significant role in the regulation of the female cycle. If unchecked, anger, the natural emotion of the Liver meridian, invites viruses and causes pain and stagnation.

We offer tailor made menstrual irregularities supports using Bodytalk, Classical Chinese Acupuncture, nutrition, Breathwork, Photobiomodulation therapy (Low Laser Light therapy)

About Monica
Monica Wing-Yan Bailey is a fully insured, licensed acupuncturist and aromatherapist.

Her training began at home with her mother and grandmother teaching her herbal medicine, Gua Sha and the energetic power of food. With her strong interest in Chinese medicine, Monica retrained as an acupuncturist in her 30s.

Monica specialises in treating women's health, endometriosis, polycystic ovaries, fertility issues, IVF support, and hormonal disorders. She also treats general health issues such as chronic pain, digestive disorders, cancer recovery and mental health issues.

Her passion to help others comes from her own journey of long-term stress caused by the overtime culture while working as a fashion merchandiser in Hong Kong. That tipping point triggered her to pursue a more meaningful career.

About Duncan

It's 50 /50. At White Tara Clinic we know that the man's physical and mental health is half the reason why couples struggle with fertility.

That's why we include them in our fertility programme.

Menstrual Irregularities

Menstrual Irregularities include: Ovarian Cysts, Cervical Dysplasia,
Human Papillomavirus (HPV),Endometriosis, Uterine Tumours, and
Painful or Irregular Me**es

In the BodyTalk System™, menstrual irregularities are addressed relatively simply in comfortable, non-invasive sessions. As with any BodyTalk session, the client remains completely dressed. Sessions are confidential and private.
Hormone levels are regulated by establishing healthy communication among the ovaries, pituitary, and adrenals. All of these endocrine glands are responsible for healthy female
reproductive function.

The BodyTalk System™ is particularly successful with recurrent dysplasia, because it addresses cellular memory, which can hold on to resentment, lack of forgiveness, and guilt from past or current intimate relationships. Viruses and pathological bacteria thrive more readily in an environment of stress and anger.
