🌼 Calling all Brightonian Yogis 🌼

The sun is out! The grass is green! Time to grab your mats and let off some steam!
Come and join me for a Vinyasa/Hatha styled class this Thursday (2nd of June) at Preston Park (near the clock tower).

🌿 The class will be focused on grounding ourselves and reconnecting to nature 🌿

This gentle practice aims to bring an awareness to our thoughts and bodily sensations. By paying attention to both the movement and stillness of nature, we are inviting that awareness back into the body, creating a sense of interconnectedness.
This is where the magic happens!

Accessible to newbies and non-newbies.
The class will cost £5 and you can bring a friend for free.
Please bring your own mat and feel free to message me privately for any more details.

In these oddly dystopian times I find myself feeling a stronger sense of community than ever before. I’ll admit there have been a few grumpy encounters, waggling fingers and scaremongering moments, but all lost in a sea of smiling faces. Long eye contact with strangers all expressing similar things with their kind eyes “we are all in the same boat”.

So before I bore you to much with my wishy-washy talk of hope for a better future and the typical millennial spiel about the end of capitalism please join me for weekly Online Yoga Classes.
Either on Zoom or on Instagram this Thursday at 12:00 (UK time). Feel free to DM for any details or questions

Sometimes yoga is about connecting to Ātman (our higher selves) and at other times it’s a more playful encounter, a connection with nature, a liberation from thought •
