Verrucas = viral warts 🦠 that love the bottoms of your feet 👣
Often caught at pools 🏊‍♂️, gyms 💪 & changing rooms 🚿
🔍 How to spot one:
• Rough, grainy skin
• Tiny black dots ⚫
• Hurts when squeezed from the sides 😖
⏳ Some go away on their own, but if they’re painful, stubborn, or spreading ➡️ treatments like microwave, plasma, acid or freezing ❄️ can help!
