As a child, I knew I was different – I could see and hear things that I soon realised others couldn’t. And, like any child at that age after being told “don’t be daft” “just go to sleep” or “children should be seen and not heard” I kept it all quiet. Mum called me an angel in the day and a devil at night, reason being I wouldn’t want to go to sleep or close my eyes as there were people in my room and my dreams are very real! Born in London; raised in Sunbury on Thames, I was creative and on stage appearing in a variety of shows from a young age, which allowed me with ease to speak to ever changing casts/people of all ages from diverse backgrounds. This, I now know was spirit giving me the tools to openly talk with others, giving readings and to feel comfortable on a platform addressing an audience. Through the years spirit often came knocking on my door showing me things, enhancing my senses. In the early 2000’s, I replaced a friend, at the last minute to see a medium and the first thing he said to me was “you don’t need me, you should be doing this”. At that point I realised who I was and that there were normal people (not as you see in the movies) like me doing this. With daily meditation, my vibration raised, everything shifted, I started to see everything in a very different light, and I accepted the real me - some would say a spiritual awakening. I read all I could about spirit, mediumship, joined circles. I spent a week at the AFC/Barbanell Centre being taught by mediums. Finally, a wonderful medium took me under her wing and taught me all she could. Pushing boundaries to make each reading better than the last, proving in no uncertain terms that our souls live on and our loved ones in spirit are around us and can indeed communicate with us. I continue to learn and grow, and always will, as we all should...
