S*x amplifies what’s already alive in the body.
Sometimes that amplification brings pleasure.
Sometimes it brings grief.
Sometimes it brings unprocessed memory.
Sometimes it brings numbness or deregulation
None of that means you’re broken.
Many of us learned to use s*x as regulation
because no one taught us how to stay with ourselves
when sensation got big.
So we merged.
We disappeared.
We called dissociation “connection.”
Not because we were unconscious —
but because our nervous systems were surviving.
Your sacral chakra is not infected with hucha
It’s intelligent.
It adapted.
When the body hasn’t felt safe to feel,
s*x becomes a place to leave the room.
And when the body begins to feel safe again,
s*x becomes a place to return.
Ta**ra isn’t about sealing your s*xuality.
It’s about inhabiting it.
It’s not about purity.
It’s about presence.
It’s not about avoiding s*x.
It’s about learning how to stay
when desire, fear, longing and pleasure
move through at the same space.
Sacred s*x doesn’t come from control.
It comes from capacity.
With a nervous system that can:
– feel without flooding
– open without disappearing
– touch without abandoning oneself
You don’t need to be “fixed” to have sacred intimacy.
You need support, breath ,slowness , sound , movement and autonomy
And yes — ‘some’ s*x fragments us.
But some s*x initiates us.
Some s*x simply shows us where we still need gentleness.
All of it is information.
None of it is a moral failure.
Ta**ra is not a weapon.
It’s a receptive and surrendering practice.
And the body is not wrong
for how it learned to survive.
