End of Year Awards 🏅

We are looking for the 🎊 Best of the Best for 2025!

Last year we promoted End of Year awards for our team who have gone ‘the extra mile’. We promote for the team and our clients to vote for people who they think meet the criteria.

The categories that you can vote for are below; 👇

🧠 Dementia Champion
Awarded to someone who is worked to ensure that the needs of our clients with dementia have been met in a safe and dignifying way. The dementia champion should be able to lead by example to promote awareness around dementia and promote independence to those living with dementia.

🤗 New Starter
Someone who has joined our team as a new team member in 2025 and has shone through. This person would have received regular outstanding feedback from the team and clients.

🦸‍♀️Above and Beyond Award
Awarded to that one person who always goes that extra mile. This person never settles for the bear minimum and will always want to go Above and Beyond their duty as a care worker.

✅️Best Attendance
This individual would have had minimal days of sick throughout 2025, would have arrived at their Care Visits on time and stay the full duration for their care visits.

🏠Office Team Award
Awarded to the Office team member who has been the most effective regarding support to carers and clients and the most effective

Massive Congratulations to Martyn Moore who was nominated and won a Great British Care Award on Friday night for the South East!

Martyn was nominated for Home Care Newcomer and came out on top 🏅. He demonstrated clear understanding of his responsibilities and what “care” means, he provided examples of excellent people skills and good practice.

Since joining the All Care team just over 12months ago, Martyn has shown that he is kind, empathetic and supportive to the individuals he cares for and an excellent team player.

Massive Congratulations Martyn, you well a truly deserve this award 👏 we are wishing you good luck at the National Awards in Birmingham which will take place in February 2026!

🎉 Celebrating Ageing Well with Mr. Brown! 🌟

We’re thrilled that All Care East Sussex service user, Mr. Brown, was featured in the Brighton Argus as part of Brighton & Hove’s Ageing Well Festival, which marked its 10th anniversary this year!

With over 100 events across two weeks, the festival embraced the theme “Celebrate Ageing, Challenge Ageism”, encouraging everyone to rethink stereotypes and embrace later life.

At All Care, we’re proud to support initiatives that promote independence, inclusion, and joy for older adults. Congratulations to Mr. Brown for being part of this inspiring celebration!

🎄✨ Festive Season at All Care East Sussex! ✨🎄

We’re spreading cheer across East Sussex this December with a series of heartwarming holiday events:

🧥 19th December – Christmas Jumper Day
Our team will be raising funds for Martlets Hospice by swapping uniforms for festive jumpers or T-shirts! 🎅

Field staff will still wear ID badges while spreading holiday joy.

📅 23rd December – Christmas Party
We’re teaming up with Patching Lodge for our annual Christmas Party from 3pm–5pm. Expect music, food, and festive games! 🎶🍰🎁

Need transport? We may be able to support, just let us know ASAP if you'd like to attend!

🛒 24th December – Christmas Foodbank Appeal
We’re collecting food donations for The Real Junk Food Project in Brighton, which supports some of our clients.

Items like pasta, tins, long-life milk, soup, and crisps are welcome, please contact the office to donate.
