A massive thank you to all our clients and workforce that were able to donate food items for our Local Charity Food Bank!

The items will be donated next week to food bank local to Brighton that some of our clients use regularly.

The kindness and support you have shown by donating items means that some of our clients and other residents of Brighton are able to have stocked cupboards and reassurance that they will be well fed.

Introducing our Office Team Member of the Year for 2025 🍾

Carolyn Mechen has been flexible since starting work with All Care East Sussex, switching between roles. Since she stepped back into Coordating in 2025 we saw a drastic reduction in complaints and a boost in morale amongst the team. The Workforce described Carolyn as 'Supportive' and a 'Good Listener'.

This award celebrates your dedication, initiative, and the genuine support you offer to everyone around you. You're skillful, have excellent knowledge and you are positive which motivates the team in the field.

Care Coordination is no easy job, it can be stressful, hard-work and its difficult to please everyone, however Carolyn has found the secret ingredient. She ensures our services are well-organised and person-centered which makes a meaningful impact every day to our team and the people we support.
